Client Meeting

The first step involves engaging in a client meeting to grasp their precise requirements regarding spatial utilization, building purpose, budget, site location, potential, orientation, topography, and any associated constraints such as applicable byelaws. This allows for an understanding of the project's foundation and ensures alignment between client expectations and subsequent design considerations.

Utilizing the provided inputs, we proceed to create conceptual sketches, carefully honing in on the design that most closely aligns with the client's vision. This selected concept is then developed into preliminary drawings, complete with accurate dimensions, effectively showcasing diverse room arrangements and circulation patterns, among other essential elements.

Approval

In order to progress with our processes, we wait for the much-anticipated approval of the elevation, plot, and plans. Once these crucial elements are approved, we can proceed with confidence.

We start the process of drawing the Centre line, structural details, and other pertinent elements. To aid our clients in visualizing the final outcome, we also create a captivating 3D model.
